Chef Albert is author of the popular books, The Art of Backyard Butchering, The Art of Cooking Venison, Barbecuing and Grilling Game. He, along with Rick Fetrow, owner of Grandpa’s Country Butcher shop, Carlisle, PA, held live seminars during the show for guests who want to learn how to butcher a deer and cook venison. Rick serves as president of Hunters Sharing the Harvest, PA’s venison donation program that helps feed the hungry with donated venison from the hunting community.
